Suggestion: Show opposing squad power
I have my opinions on what power level I can reasonably beat in the arena, but I also have some areas of doubt. But I don't want to risk arena loses on those doubt areas.
My suggestion is to show the power of the opposing team in GW. If I face an opponent in my doubt range, I could then swap in my arena team and see how they do. Or work on strategies with them, using GW as the testing ground.
