Is this a bug?

I don’t know if this is a bug but it happens every now and then.
My question is whether the rewards include shards or not because the photo of the first reward was missing or simply because there was no shard rewarded so it was blank and still occupied a spot.

its been hit or miss on a few rewards i have received. never repeatable.

sure its an issue. you can report it if you'd like.

I tried to click on it but no response and I didn’t check where my Sion shards were at so no way to know.
