Visual raid reward bug

Yesterday I received a message with rewards from the Rancor raid. It contained 40 Mk 5 Arakyd Droid Caller Salvage. I remember them clearly because I needed them for BB8. I already had 32 of them so I could get a full piece. However, when I clicked claim and went to gear him there were none.
I created a ticket and they told me that I had in fact received loot. I insisted I did not get those 40 Arakyd's and they sent me a summary of what I got:

1120 Guild Currency.
630000 Credits.
10 Han Solo.
20 Mk 3 Carbanti Sensor Array Salvage.
1 Mk 5 CEC Fusion Furnace.
16 Mk 7 BioTech Implant Prototype Salvage.

I definitely would remember this(a full furnace) and it is too different from what was shown in the message. I checked and I actually have a full furnace(which I didn't notice as I already had one saved up for JTR when it comes again)...

Has anyone else gotten this bug?

I think this is actually a pretty long standing bug. You could try posting on the EA Answers website.
