For abilities that boost stats, like +x% max protection, etc, is that based on the toon's current base character stats, or do they include mods too? Anyone know?
As far as I know... Every modification is based on the base stats
Example: your toon have 10k protection
You put the mod with +23,5% primary and secondary is +1158 protection ok ?
So it should be= 10k +1158 = 11158*1,235 = 13780
But what really happens is =
10k + 1158 + 2350 =
13508
Now imagine this ""loss"" for all 6 slots....
