New Scoundrel Issue

Im 99.9% sure there is a pretty serious bug with Vandor Chewie and it effects ALL of the new Scoundrels so it should probably be looked at pretty quickly to see if Im right or wrong. I posted a bug report but not sure how often those get looked at.

Sorry if I am wrong and for the spam, but considering there are about to be a lot of purchases wanted to get it out there just in case.
