Any TB unit combat changes coming?

Are there plans to make TB unit combat like the new ship format where u get 0 points or a lot of points with no middle ground?

If would be great to get notice before day 3 of the TB and a hot fix throws us all scrambling to develop a new tactic for something were blindsided with as a player base.

Personally I hate getting points when I lose on 5/6 or 6/6 in a TB it's like rewarding me for losing... I lost I should get nothing not even points for deploying.
