How often is feedback heard by EA?

I would be interested to know how often feedback is heard (and acted upon) by the game developers. I understand that forums are partly useful as a way to get advice and express your opinions, but another aspect is the feedback.

Therefore - as I can't tell any other way - how often do the devs look at the feedback section? If I put up a kit idea, is there any chance of it being read by someone who can realise it? Of course, there's tons of feedback and only a fraction of it can get into the game, but what amount of feedback reaches them at all?

Lol the devs don't care about fan made character kits. Especially if it's for characters which they've stated won't make it to the game (think inferno squad) and if a character so happens to make it in game that 3 or 4 people have made "kits" for they miss the developers idea by a football field, for example here's a few talzin ideas from before she was released;
