Droideka 80 shards, Dark Side, Tank, Sepratist, Droid
Basic-Laser Assault-Level 8- Omega
Deal Physical Damage to target enemy and inflict Damage over time for 2 turns with 20% chance to regain 25% max protection. If this attack scores a critical hit attack again. This attack can only attack up to 3 times.
Special-Shields Up-Level 8-Omega
Gain 35% max protection, 30% Offense, 50% defence, and recover 50% protection. Taunt for 2 turns. All Droid allies gain 20% protection.
Special-Rolling Charge-Level 7-Omega
Deal 1,250 Special Damage on target enemy , remove 25% turn meter. This ability has a 25% chance to inflict Offense down(Attacker), Buff Imunity(Tank), or Ability Block(Healer/Support) for 3 turns.
Unique-Energy Shields-Level 7-Zeta
Droideka loses 10,000 health. This health is then added to Droideka’s max protection. When Droideka takes damage while it has protection it gains 15% turn meter and 10% critical chance(stacking). Droideka cannot take damage to health while it has protection.
Tell me if you think it is underpowered or Overpowered, or if it has too many shards
Let me give you my idea for Droideka. Droideka - 80 Shards - Dark Side, Attacker, Separatist, Droid
Basic - Laser Fire - Level 8 - Omega
FINAL TEXT: Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Evasion Down and Defense Down for 2 turns. If this attack scores a Critical Hit, attack again. This attack cannot be countered.
Special - Overcharge - Level 8 - Omega - Cooldown 4
FINAL TEXT: Recover 80% Protection and gain +35% Max Protection. Droideka gains Defense Up and Offense Up for 3 turns. All Droid allies regain 20% Protection.
Unique - Energy Shield - Level 7
FINAL TEXT: Droideka has -40% Max Health and that Health is added to his Max Protection. Droideka's Health cannot be damaged until its Protection is down. Droideka gains 10% Protection for each Separatist and Droid ally. Every time Droideka is damaged he gain 5% Turn Meter and +10% Critical Damage until the end of its next turn.
I like your idea, but this is how I envision the Droideka.

I make character kits! Ask me and I will try my best to make one for fun.
Yeah I like them. They could use some improvement though. Most maxed abilities have a 5 - 10 - 15 pattern and a thesaurus is your best friend seconded to Wookiepedia. It is easier to post one comment with lots of detail instead of multiple comments with little detail. Overall I think the are all great kits, just make sure you ask for other people's opinions to bounce ideas off of. A new perspective is vital to a new idea.

Zenbreon - your basic is op. Even a small chance to remove all protection just breaks the game, and makes no realistic sense. I think Calastar's basic is quite good, although maybe it could regenerate protection this way?
Calastar has the better special ability, in my opinion, but perhaps I would improve it as follows:
Recover 50% protection and gain 35% max protection
Droideka gains 30% offence and 50% defence for the rest of the encounter, and gains taunt for 2 turns
All other droid allies regain 20% protection
This adds a wampa- like boost and some increased droid synergy.
Zenbreon, your 'rolling charge' is op, as damage equal to health is a massive amount.
Finally, I like Calastair's unique (for Zenbreon it is very underpowered), although I might add:
When droideka takes damage whilst it has protection, it gains 15% turn meter and 10% critical chance until its next attack (stacking).

If you can, do research on Wookiepedia before posting characters. It helps a lot.
