Deal Speical Damage to target enemy and call all Resistance allies to assist with a 45% damage reduction

Resistance allies gain +55% protection and +45% health. Whenever a Resistance ally uses an attack there is a 45% chance to decrease turn meter by 50%. This chance is doubled on First Order allies. Whenever a Resistance ally takes damage the unit damaged gains Evasion up (stacking)
