Crafted Items not showing up

Support told me to post here.

I crafted mk 6 Nubian Design Tech, Mk6 Chiewab Hypo Syringe, Mk 3 Czerka Stun Cuffs, and some other gears that when I crafted them they didn't goto my gear area. They literally consumed the materials but didn't show up and I lost the materials. These high end gears take weeks of farming the purple materials to craft. I had been farming materials and earning credits to prepare for the level cap increase and weeks of work just did not show up to my inventory.

I hope someone on the development team can contact me to fix this issue and replace the gears. I spend around 300 crystals to refresh each day and everyone knows how low the drop rate is. It takes about 5~6 days to get the 50 stun cuffs / hair driers per gear.

I sent in an email to support and they said they can't do anything for it since it isn't a purchased item. We are SOL.

escalated to specialist now. Any idea how long this takes? It's a shame that these bugs weren't fixed prior to going live.

This is really bad news. I think you responded to my post as well. I wonder why this happens, and only to purple crafted gears.

This just happened to me!!!!!! I crafted a MK 4 Sorosuub keypad from 20 MK 4 Sorosuub keypad salvage!!! It's GONE! And no, I didn't use it for someone else's gear... I was making it for luminara who needs two of those. I crafted one so as to begin on the next one

I just got off an online chat with EA. No help at all. They said they will not give back lost items and will not refund crystals to help me to refarm the gear. NO HELP AT ALL. AND RUDE in a weird sort of fake nice way. "Oh, I'm sorry sir, let me help you, oh, sorry I can't help" then just no reply to my pleas

Are you sure the item you're crafting doesn't have multiple layers? There are some items that I've seen so far that have 4 layers of crafting. Once you craft the items in tier 4 for example it adds the item to tier 3to continue crafting and tier 4 disappears.

I know this is the case when I have to craft MK8 TaggeCo Holo Lens for example. 4 layers of items to craft and you need to build 2 of them so it always seems like items are disappearing.

Might be useful to add who you are crafting the gear for and what level

Starjumper I'm sure you're just trying to be helpful but multiple layers is not the issue. This is a known bug with the game.

Enarethpower, then I suggest you create a new ticket. None of what that support person said is true. They can, will, and do all of what he/she said.

Im glad you've said that. Tbh itnis probably what happened to me but I passed it off as me going crazy and thought I wasn't doing it right. Next time I make a MK8 TaggeCo Holo Lens I'll test it again. I didn't know it was a known bug. I hope you get an answer
