Umbaran Starfighter Reinforcement Bug

So when maxed out, the Umbaran Starfighter is supposed "inflict Target Lock on all enemies with 0% turn meter, which can't be Evaded or Resisted."

Well, I definitely just had two ships resist it while on the PvE table. And yes, they were definitely at 0 turn meter. Fives doesn't have other effects to resist on his reinforcement.

So... fix dat bug, yo!

hi oyster, i had the same problem. i find his reinforcement-bonus very strong, but seemed it would not work in all cases...

don't know if this is the real solution... perhaps it's really a bug?

The TMR can be resisted, are you sure they had 0 TM?

I'm quite positive, as it just happened again. The opposing ship's turn meter bar dropped to 0 and the target lock was resisted. This is bugged, no two ways about it
