I have a 100 5 dot mods. The only one I know are good is speed arrow that starts at plus 4 then at level 15 is plus 30. What are the other best mods and where do they start at level one. Thanks.
Generally its only suggested to level gold or purple mods with useful stats showing. Personally I do blue also if they have useful stats.
Its fine to level gray mods at start so you can fill your teams, but you should get plenty of blue mods from marquee events and dont level most gray mods except speed arrows after that. Maybe crit damage triangle and potency cross too.
Also can just level them to 12. They have maxed stats then. If they dont have good stats on them by that time, stop. Levelling from 12-15 is half the cost of a mod.
Anything. But with health and protection a full number is better than a percentage secondary. So, for example, 348 health is better to start with than a .05% health.
