If there's a systemic bug, they usually give it after the whole event--that way they can do it all at once instead of a bit on day 4 and a bit more on day 6. The ship bug from the Light Side TB was something they could fix and make sure it didn't repeat, so the reward was given after that phase.

It’s called an indirect question, and it does not have to end in a question mark.
