When do arena shipments arrive?

As in what time of the day USA central time?

I am one purchase away from unlocking Sidous from arena and was not sure if I sleepily spent today's shipment or if it's coming later today.

Rewards come at 6pm.

Shipments refresh when you log in or every 6 hours, whichever is longer.
