Hey Guys,
I do not know how to contact support or talk directly to a consumer support.
Just wanted to Know what is EA and/OR CG position concerning Apple Store guideline which specifically explain this:
"Apps offering “loot boxes” or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase."
https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/#in-app-purchase
Considering all the marquee that had bee released lately, It would we really appreciated to know what are the od to find 5, 7, 10, 12, 15 or even 330 shard of a toon in a Pack.

Those randomised packs you speak about are bought with crystals that can be earned in game. Think it's a bit of a loophole, not saying it's fair.
You'll notice any of the cash packs give an exact list of everything in them.
There are a few reasons that doesnt apply to this game, it is written very specifically to allow things bought with in game currency as stated above.
Also every law we have been seeing news about also calls out specific details when referring to "Loot boxes" and gambling, they usually have some statement that they need to have a "0 prize" to fall into that category. This doesnt apply to the Apple statement, I dont think.
The dev team have also made statments that they are working on releasing information that would be required by certain laws even if they dont apply
