Can't join tw

Anyone else unable to join tw? I don't have the icon in the top right hand corner and there is nothing in the guild events section, only a review of the last tw.

Edit: unless there is no tw??

They changed the scheduling now so that we have a day break between the end of a TB and the next TW. As well as a one day gap between each TW.
