Not receiving rewards shown
Hi all
For the third time (!) this happened last night. After hAAT, I was shown as having won a complete MK 6 Merr-Sonn Thermal Detonator. Upon looking for it on a character's gear node, there was nothing. As usual I contacted support. The issue (again, as usual) is that gear is received as a reward, just not the gear that was shown (why this always happens with really good gear is beyond me). Support refuses to do anything (except for saying to improve my rank so I can get better rewards, which is outright condescending).
The whole thing is very deceptive and off-putting; why bother with raids when there is the chance of not receiving rewards shown? Can we please have something done about this, or not have to deal with rude customer support who refuse to compensate appropriately? Offering 100 crystals or so for a piece of gear that costs 1400 in shipments is just another slap in the face. Thank you.
