James Camerons "Story of science fiction"

Mind blown. To me, movies were simply an escape, I stepped out of my reality, and entered the story. I never really gave them that much thought as to social relevence, based on the times and events when it was written, and shown. After watching a few episodes of James Camerons show, talking to authors, directors, actors, and so on, my mind is blown. It's interesting to be taken to school at my age, but I love it. I got so excited talking to a friend last night about the show. If you can watch it, please do. If you watch it already, I figure you will get my excitement.
Now, that said, I understand TFA, and TLJ better. It doesn't make me like it more, but it does make me think now. So, I get it more. Make sense?

The insight to how and why they made certain choices is really interesting. Lots of things were added as homages to earlier Sci/Fi films etc.. I have watched all 6 episodes and can't wait for more!
