can i 7* thrawn?

or i should just try to get chopper 7* asap and use this team https://swgoh.gg/u/ase95/squads/98252/
also tell me what i have to improve in order to get him (beside chopper's mods/stars/level)

Doable: Yes, but you need to get them all level 85, AND likely omegad. I never tried it with Sabine, but I was able to unlock Thrawn with Hera, Chopper, Kanan, Ezra full G8 and Zeb who was G7. Mods are important and you have to be patient, it will take you quiet a few tries

You’ve got much more gear on Sabine than chopper, so I’d use her. I did the event with g8 Phoenix (except Kanan at g9) using Sabine and it’s possible. These were my characters: https://swgoh.gg/u/starfightr/collection/?f=phoenix
I had +60 to +80 speed on each of them for the event but +88 on zeb, and I made sure to call zeb for all assists.
