The TOS does not allow people to use all capital letters. Great rule. So then why do we allow people to say things like "U no bro that ur posts make u sound 2 b lame"?

Every time I read something like this I want to smash my screen in. Pls fx it.

Nope he doesnt either. You will need to submit a formally written letter to EA and make a request that they fund a better educational system.
