Help with farming

I'm almost done with my Phoenix and don't know what to farm next.
Scoundrels?
Good pilots and ships?
Empire toons for arena?
Toons for legendaries?

Empire for R2.... Work on scoundrels in the background for credit heist....

Make sure you get Palpatine and Thrawn with your Phoenix. Then work on Vader, TFP, and Tarkin, so that you can run Palpatine (L), Thrawn, Vader, TFP, Tarkin. Also work on Biggs for his ship and Boba Fett for credit heists and his ship. Now you have Tarkin for capitol ship, Biggs, TIE Fighter, Tie advanced x1, and slave one for ships.
