Carth Onasi Kit Idea (Thoughts?) (KOTOR)

Carth Onasi - With his blaster pistol, his dead-eye accuracy, and knowledge of combat and strategy, He is an important asset to any team but is dependant on them.

Carth Onasi, Republic, Attacker

BASIC (Omega)
Rapid Shot
Deal Physical damage to target enemy. Attack up to two additional times if the enemy: Is sith, is buffed. Additionally, gain 10% turn meter for each hit, and gain evasion up for two turns on a critical hit.

SPECIAL - 3 Turn Cooldown (Zeta)
One Shot One Kill
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and stun them for 1 turn, and cannot be evaded. Remove 5% Turn Meter for every buff or debuff on the target (ZETA-) and this attack deals 15% more damage for every Republic, Jedi, or Droid ally. Finally, this attack is guaranteed to be a critical hit if Carth is below 100% health.

SPECIAL (Omega)
For The Republic 4 Turn Cooldown
Deal Physical Damage to target enemy and call all Republic, Jedi, and droid allies to assist, dealing 20% less damage. OMEGA-) All Allies gain 10% Turn Meter for every critical hit scored.

LEADER (Zeta)
Republic Admiral
All allies gain +20% Max health, and 1% offense (stacking) and 1%defense (stacking) every time a critical hit is scored (Max, 50%). (ZETA-) Allies gain Critical Chance up for 1 turn whenever they use a special ability. Additionally, all Republic, Jedi, and Droid allies gain 5% Max Protection for every Sith enemy.

UNIQUE (Omega)
Betrayed Soldier
Carth has 80% Counter Chance, Dealing 25% less damage. Carth also has +25% Critical Chance. However, Carth has -20% Defense and -20% Max Health If he only has debuffs. (OMEGA-) He gains 5% Turn Meter whenever he gains a buff outside of his turn and gains an additional 5% if the ally was Republic, Jedi, or a Droid.
