I was wondering about my JC, Liam Neeson and Royal Withcheese. Would you please do the math, or maths if you will, for me?

How long does it take to farm on a cantina node to get from 6 to 7*?
How long for cantina shipments to star from 6 to 7?
How looong for two hard nodes to go from 2 to 3*? (or usefulness, for that matter)

And please apply the usual refresh scenarios.

Thank you very much, one internet for you!

JCs a 10 energy Cantina at a 1/3 drop rate you get four per refresh. You need 25 refreshes to get 100 shards. You get 1 free per day due to time. So 1 cantina refresh 12.5 days, 2 cantina refreshes 8.3 days with average luck.

To get 100 shards of cantina you need 20 shipments. Each refresh gives you 1/2 a shipment. So 1 refresh per day 20 days, 2 refreshes per day 13 days

For hard nodes expect a drop rate of 1/3 so two nodes, no refreshes for 25 shards 12.5 days

    Cantina shipment is easy
You need 100 shards to upgrade to7*
If you battle 20 times a day and receive 21 cantina credits a day (420 credits)
It would take you 20 days

Nah, I strongly advise farming 6-E, the 12 cantina energy node. Takes about 16 days, nets a lot of Mk3 Ability Mats.

Now getting a little more complicated into luck the variance is np(1-p) for a 1/3 drop rate is n*2/9 so for 100 JC shards 300*2/9 = 66 taking the root gives a standard deviation of 8.

This means that 95% of the time you will get 100+\- 16 shards so if you are doing this math to time the yoda challenge add in an extra day
