Did CG nerf mod farming?

I’ve had TERRIBLE luck for the past several weeks mod farming (and wasting a TON of resources in the process). Thank you for nothing.

As respectfully as I can say this, that is insane. I have been farming mods exclusively with cantina energy for months and I can say unequivocally that something is different. The rate at which I actually get a useful mod is so low it’s gotten ridiculous.
