You both need more speed on Ezra. 200 or higher is best.

You should be good besides that. I mean, more is always better, but you’re on par with what I had. Just be prepared to do a LOT of attempts, hoping for some good RNG.

Your friend really needs more speed across the board. She’d also benefit from an Omega on Chop’s unique. More Potency on Zeb is also key, probably more than speed. You need him landing stun.

Just as a note, you have a +potency cross on Chopper, but he doesn't inflict anything. It's a wasted stat on him. Could be better on Kanan to help him inflict offense down. Or swap it for a +protection or +health, or better a +tenacity cross.

That's a really good point--would be better on Kanan or Hera. I personally would go Hera. It's nice when she consistently lands expose. I find it more useful than offense down.
