I have a G8 phoenix team

I am failing on 7-star Thrawn. Could anyone please have a look at my phoenix characters and tell me what I can still improve? I die really quick in the last round...

Update: I got it
Took a little bit more gear and also I used omega on all unique skills and omega on all Ezra abilities. It's also just a lot of RNG

Just by looking at Ezra alone it's down to mods. There's a lot of 1 and 2 dots on there. Replace those with 5 dots.

Yeah thats what I was just looking at. Don't have many mods with speed though.
