Thrawn Mystic Event Gave Lesser Mods Than Intended?

I've got a total of 5 mods from today's Thrawn's mystic event, and by the end of day, I've only recieved total of 4 Mods (3 purple, 1 gold) where the number of mods shown in the "possible rewards" tab was 1, 2 and 2 pieces. Is this intended or just bugged?

Why care? 4 useless mods is not worse than 5 useless mods.
