Ship raid against the Death Star

Hello I think the title said it all but how cool would it be to face the Death Star in battle with our xwings? Rewards could be a pilot luke Skywalker with his xwing! He could also have the special ability to call the millennium falcon for help

With all 4 attempts we'd have with what we have..? We'd need about a dozen more ships and 4+ more capital ships.
