In the dark side territory battles, how can the ai cleanse and heal when they're ability blocked?

In general ability block does not stop cleanses and heals. Gimme a minute and i ll try and find tge specofic mechanic

Rebel spy elite. When someone on that side gains stealth they dispell negative effects off them.

Some of those abilities are tied to territory abilities that you might not have cancelled with platoons in that stage.

Okay. I saw them do an animation so I assumed that it was an ability in their kit rather than a territory ability

Veterans Resolve, Rebel Supply Line and Shadow Tatics allow for cleansing/Healing under ability block
