Imperial Chimaera Upgrade cost

I was lucky enough to beat the 7* tier, but seriously wonder why the rewards are only half the credits needed to upgrade the ship. If I'm not mistaken all other legendary events include the cost to upgrade the unlocked unit. Why does this event not? I am always behind with fleet credits. I have so many ships ready to upgrade and/or enhance and no where near the credits to do so.

We need a fleet credit heist on rotation. I know we have the fleet challenge, but giving 150k to 290k 3 times a week isn't really cutting it.

All ship events do this. It's always 50% of what you need.

You'll get to the point where you have nothing to spend those credits on other than mods.

You've gotta save up credits and prestige mats WELL before hand if you want to start upgrading capital ships. I was hell bent on getting a 7* Chimaera and I calculated all the costs. I needed around 13 million fleet credits to get it to lvl 85, max it out to 7* and also max 2 of his abilities out. It cost me over 900 prestige mats to max out the tractor beam, unique and get art of war up to lvl 6.

So yes, it costs alot and you need to prepare yourself before hand.

Faster than you may think though, simply because there aren't that many ships to begin with and you don't need them all.

Credit crunch is much worse.
