Always email. That way when you're confronted by the script reading garbage water people they employ refusing to help you, you can use a screenshot of the emails to show Google or Apple that the developer is failing at customer support, nearly guaranteeing you a refund.

My toons are crying for purple mats much more than Omegas. When I seen the drop was from 20 - 40/50 or something like that, which to me will likely mean 20 or 25 like what is showing in the OP, and then I seen the price of 1700 Crystals, my heart sank as I was looking forward to this pack showing up.
I mean we get about 50-60 purple mats a week, and about 10 Omegas, and you want me to fork over 1700 Crystals for 20 purple and some Omegas?
It's a shame about the pricing in this game, of course they need to make money, I just think if things were priced much more reasonably they would sell a LOT more things. **** shard packs are a good example, you get 7 or 8 shards for 700 Crystals, yeah sure there is a chance to get more, probably 1.2% chance lol. Ah well, FTP I remain
Yeah I never got the excitement behind these packs. That’s a days worth of purple mats and...two weeks of omegas? Probably closer to 1.5 weeks depending on if an event pops up.

This is a perfect example of cg's greed and basic cluelessness. This pack should be less than half that price, and available all the time. They'd make way more money that way, but they're so blinded by the mountains of cash that they have no reason to make sound business decisions.
