Who is Poggle the lesser?

For some weird reason, I thought Poggle was the watto guy from ep 1. I had a huge brain fart. Yep. Anyway, who is Poggle? Like is he from prequels, clone wars, rebels e.t.c? I'm so confused.

    He is from Episode 2 and 3. He is in the arena with Dooku and hands him the death star plans. He is then, in episode 3, transferred to Mustafar to get killed by Dark Anakin. I think he is a high in command of the geonosians

    If you watch the clone wars he was thought of as the leader of the Geos, that was until they discovered the hive mother.

    Clone wars first season 10 - 15 he is more than one episode...but nope it's not that **** from episode 1 :D
