Paper Zombie fix: Allow toons to “dial back” gear

This seems like it would be the easiest fix for people who have invested too much gear in zombie for str. When you pick your squad, on each toon maybe put a button in the corner somewhere that allows you to pick your gear tier. That way if you want to play with lower gear, you have that option. But, if you’re using your zombie for something like the arena or tw where you need her to be able to take a few hits, you can set her back to the max. That way people who have invested in her gear have more options of how they want to play her, and no one is punished for gearing too hi.
