Guild Raid Tickets not updating

Not sure if this is a bug or just my misunderstanding of when energy spent by guild is calculated as Raid tickets. Tickets have been stuck at 38.2K despite multiple members hitting their daily 600. It has been over an hour and I was curious if it calculates raid tickets at set times or if this is an actual bug. Thoughts?

The total of the guild's contribution for the entire day gets added to your guild's "bank account" at guild reset.

So you can see the daily contribution increase to let's say 29,800, but your account doesn't show it until the new guild activity starts.
