Question Concerning Geonosian Spy's Starfighter 3rd Skill Suprise Shot

It say Suprise Shot has level 7 has 15% does it increase for all attacker or just Spy only?

I assume only Spy's, because thats how thesr type of abilities usually work. (e. G. Home one's aoe, incresing that will only increase the capital ships dmg, not thr assisting ones, afaik.)
