Deal physical damage to target enemy and have a 45% chance to inflict ability block for 1 turn. All Republic allies gain 10% turn meter on a critical hit.
Special: Diplomatic Strike (cool down 5)
Deals physical damage to all enemies and inflict offense down, defense down, and speed down for 2 turns. All Galactic Republic allies gain offense up, defense up, and the high morale buff for 3 turns, which can’t be prevented or dispelled. This ability starts on cooldown.
(High morale: +30% potency, +25% critical damage, +50% health steal.)
Special: staggering kick (cooldown 3)
Deal physical damage to target enemy and stagger them for 2 turns. If the target had no protection, Padme recovers 25% max health
Leader: Peacekeepers
All allies start the battle with +15 turn meter (+25% extra for galactic republic allies). All galactic Republic allies have +30% tenacity until Padme Amedala is defeated. All Galactic Republic allies have 35% health steal and have a 10% chance to recover 10% protection at the end of their turn. Republic allies have 65% counter chance.
Unique: Aggresive negotiations
Padme has +100 percent offense and critical chance. If Jedi Knight Anakin is present, he gains 50% offense and 5% turn meter for each living Republic ally at the end of his turn. In addition, whenever Padme Amedala attacks out of turn, she calls Jedi Knight Anikan to assist dealing 50% damage. If General Kenobi is present, he gains taunt and heal over time at the end of his turn.
Strategy: Padme is meant to be paired wit General Kenobi and Jedi Knight anikan, use that to your advantage.
Use ELG-3A blaster pistol to grant all allies turn meter chance to outspeed your opponent!

Requirements: 5 Galactic Republic characters.
Maul gives Sith 20% TM at the start of battle, and Bastila gives Jedi 15%. I think 50-75% is a bit too high. Also critical hit immunity would prevent Kenobi from taunting more often. She could have some more synergy with Anakin.
Lastly there’s a pattern with legendary characters which is that they are all support, have five abilities, and the last two abilities are zetas, so maybe give her another special. She’s already support. Her unique doesn’t seem worthy of a zeta, which it should if it follows the pattern.

No they aren't. When devs are going to make a new character they come here and look at previous posts and base it off of some people's ideas.
