Guild Chat keeps disappearing

All the chats keep disappearing, goes blank, we had a funny conversation and the next day, it was gone. We have multi-guild chat with officers of other guilds and it keeps disappearing, almost weekly, even if there’s only a few entries. It’s kinda **** me off, I thought EA would fix this by now. Anyone else having similar issues with the guild chat?

If you feel this is an issue you can report it to Answers HQ, but the chat server is not going to store that forever.
