Refresh costs in shipments
I have always been frustrated with this aspect of the game:

I buy and save crystals to purchase gear I want from the shipments store, but it consistently doesn’t show what I want. The price for the refreshing doubles and doubles. The only place in the game that doesn’t do this to you is the mod shipments, which is also very reasonable, and I don’t understand why the other shipments aren’t similar to it. I don’t like spending money in order to spend money, and sometimes I still end up with nothing which is infuriating.

Please can you eliminate this outrageous 100-200+ refresh cost. I just wanna buy the things I want.
