Sending proof of purchase when using Crystals .

Hello,

I have been asked by EA support several times to provide proof of purchase of shards using Crystals
And there is no such option!

Can you please add the option to send an email with the amount of Crystals used to buy and the amount of shards / items received.

Agreed. You can see the transaction on the log of whatever credit card you used but it would be nice to have a specific email saying exactly what you bought, not just the amount.

I want an email saying I paid X amount of crystals and received W amount of Y for it..
Y can be shrads
Or other items like gears or game $ etc..

You guys are talking about buying crystals. OP is talking about using crystals to buy stuff in shipments.
