Why are Bastilla and Jollee with Nest in Shipments?

I want to farm Bastilla from Shipments but Nest keeps popping up. I understand splitting the space with Jollee as they were released together, but being with Nest makes no sense. It's slowing down my farm

So you can spend crystals refreshing the store too. Or just be patient. Though the real question is why are characters like jedi councillor still in the store? Just more crap to scroll through.
