Notifications for mentions

for some reason I am not receiving notifications when someone quotes me, which is the primary way people "mention" you in forums. Searching forums for your own name also excludes quoted text. It is really hard to respond to people when we don't know they are talking to us.

I believe you need to do it on the full site version and not the mobile, but you can go to the preferences menu on your profile and change when you get notifications.

I am not totally sure a quote option is there. But I could be wrong.
