Probably the new characters are typically stronger. It doesn't take a really good team to 3 star it. Only way to actually find out is to try though. I 3 starred it a long time ago with. Boba, greedo (pre rework), st han, clone wats chewie, and lando. I don't remember level or gear but i still have several below g10 so it likely wasn't that high. The characters you listed are way better so you shouldn't have a problem. But I don't really try new scoundrels on the heist because I just sim it

If you can get your team to 5-7 star g7-g8 you should be good. You’ll need ok mods. I think I beat it first time with Boba, Han, ST Han, Greedo, and someone else probably IG-88 or CW Chewbacca. I have most of those characters at g7 or g8, Han is currently g10 and zetaed but he was probably g8 when I beat credit heist.
