Help service is TERRIBLE

I've twice had the misfortune of dealing with customer service with this game and it is PAINFUL. The chat is bad, anytime the advisor types something your cursor goes back to the beginning completely messing up what you were typing. If you task switch (this was on my phone) you are disconnected. The people who are connected to don't know what they are doing and are difficult to deal with, and lastly the issues I encountered (long ago moving from iphone to android, and now changing my time zone) should not require taking 30 minutes out of my life to deal with. These are painful and this should not be the case. Sorry for my rant, but I am annoyed

It's bad all across EA. Don't worry, there are many who sympathise. ;P

I have been dealing with customer "service" for over an hour trying to get my timezone updated. This is terrible, absolutely terrible

This process will make me think if it's worth investing time in any other product from EA. This is bad and painful and I'm close to quitting this product
