You mean, for example, Teebo special against Rey with foresight? Teebo will damage her and she will lose the foresight which is why it's called unavoidable damage...

The balance of everything comes undone and the weight of the universe causes it to collapses on itself. That's the only logical explanation.

I would think "unavoidable damage" wins. Foresight seems like it would be "ok I'm gonna get hit, and there's nothing I can do about it..."

Grievous' basic works. Cad Bane's stun glove works, etc... Only thing not working against foresight (or evasion up, or the low random chance to evade for that matter) is Darth Vader's basic attack on Jedi.

All others seem to be working, iirc.
