Should be posible update stats like protection or health in old caracthers?

For example the han Stormtrooper who is a tank have this stats if im not wrong:
Maximum health 34,484
Maximum protection 22,350
Young Han who is an attacker have those:
Maximum health 33,220
Maximum protection 29,407
Even the health of the han Stormtrooper is a higher than the Young Han the difference is not too much taking in mind that the first is a tank and the second is an attacker.
In the other hand in the protection the numbers are clear taking in mind also his different roles in the game.
