Yet another Yoda event question.... Sorry

So I have read all the previous posts about the event and have yet to find this answer. Does 7* Yoda have a level? Is he level 70 and I need to make sure all of my Jedi are or is he like the team average level? If he does not have a level, his stats are set, is having level 70 characters a must?
Don't really want to waste my currency leveling up Jedi that I will not use again. Bad enough to have to pay to get them 7*'s.

For the 7* challenge yes level 70 is a must, in fact I don't even think level 70 is enough tbh

He's very very hard. There were actually whales that had a hard time getting him. If you want him at 7* you'll have to invest in jedi even at least one that is mostly worthless.

For ALL 5 jedi you bring and as i understand it from ppl who have gotten him, you will want/need all 3 healers (bariss, lumi, JC)
