Vets pack question

Hi, maybe a question more for the devs.

I bought a vets pack on the last JTR event for future, but looks like i am again late for farming those. Will i be able to buy one more pack when JTR will be back?

The packs with a guaranteed amount of shards (think it was 50?) are one-time purchase only.
