What are "weekly shipments" counting down to? How do they refresh?

Will a shipment only appear one day per week being it's "weekly" and then disappear when the counter reaches zero?

Sorry if this is explained somewhere but I have no idea how it works.

The new Weekly shipments was showing gear . Brought 2 items now since refresh it is empty and count down timmer is stuck on 3hr 22mins ?

There must be a bug in system

Count down is supposed to be the next refresh

There is no way to manually refresh.

It’s totally WAI. Every 12 hours I can buy 20 Carbanti and 20 stun cuffs for 1.6 mil and 1mil gets 5 Visas Marr shards. 50k ally tokens gets omegas.
