Every time I raid, I think this is the chance. I'll get g12+, and something useful!

Nope. Not if you land outside the top 10. Then you just get a random assortment of g12+ salvage that never matches what you had already... and other than that the rewards are even worse than tank. Fix this mess.

1. Give a meaningful amount of g12 salvage (you know, like it used to)
2. Remove tank challenge gear
3. Up the g12+ rewards for ranks 11+

Don't let this get to you. Top—10 is not guaranteed to receive a full g12+ piece. From 14 top—10 finishes, I've received 3 fully crafted g12+ pieces. 11 times I only received salvages like ranks 11+. The gap is not large.
