On high level raids, most folks just jump in and score a few points. But if those few points are enough to give you a top 3 spot, your reward is very close to the player that really put in the effort.

Can the raids be set so the reward the top player gets is huge as compared to #2 or 3? Maybe it will entice some players to put in the effort.
